Your tasks

What are we looking for? Security Pre-sales Engineer, to join our team for the client .

Main responsibilities

• Survey and analyze client needs, participating in technical meetings and site visits when appropriate.
• Design and dimension electronic security solutions that include CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarms, and perimeter protection.
• Evaluate the IT infrastructure necessary to implement the solutions, considering networks, connectivity, servers, operating systems, and databases.
• Prepare technical proposals, descriptive memories, specifications, and supporting documentation, with clear writing oriented toward client needs.
• Collaborate in the preparation of quotes and budgets, defining equipment, licenses, services, scopes, and implementation requirements.
• Work alongside the commercial team in presenting solutions and resolving technical inquiries.
• Coordinate with the implementation and operations areas for the handover of awarded projects, ensuring clarity regarding the committed scope.
• Stay updated on electronic security technologies and products, participating in training provided by the company.

Requirements

Knowledge

• Knowledge of IT infra, Windows Linux, TCP/IP
• SQL, CCTV networks, Access Control, Intrusion, Alarm Systems and Perimeter Protection Systems and Autocad Desirable.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure: Windows and Linux environments, networks, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases to understand the requirements and integrations of the solutions.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and commercial proposals.
• Good communication level, commercial orientation, and ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical proposals.
• Availability to travel
• The following will be valued:
• Experience or knowledge in electronic security systems: CCTV, access control, intrusion, alarms, and perimeter protection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and creating blueprints.
