Design Architect

We Are Hiring: Design Architect Location: Mohandessin, Cairo Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a talented Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design, with a background in residential and commercial projects and solid knowledge of design development and construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop and prepare architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. Prepare and review Tender Drawings, IFC Drawings, and Shop Drawings . Coordinate architectural designs with project requirements, specifications, and applicable Saudi codes and standards. Develop detailed architectural drawings and design presentations. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design consistency and integration. Support design development from concept through construction documentation.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture . 2–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and commercial projects. Experience in real estate development and residential compounds is a plus. Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD . Strong knowledge of Revit , preferably with BIM experience. Proficiency in SketchUp + Enscape/Lumion . Good knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat . Good knowledge of Saudi architectural codes, specifications, and standards . Strong experience in preparing and reviewing Tender, IFC, and Shop Drawings .
