MEP Draftsman

Prepare detailed MEP drawings including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP systems as required.

Develop shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings based on project requirements.

Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines .

Incorporate revisions and comments received from engineers, consultants, and project teams.

Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and relevant standards.

Assist engineers in preparing drawings and technical documentation required for project execution.

Update and maintain drawing files and ensure proper document control.

Conduct site visits when required to verify actual site conditions and reflect them in drawings.

Coordinate with the site and technical office teams to resolve drawing-related issues.

Prepare accurate drawings within the required project deadlines.

Ensure proper organization and filing of all drawings and revision

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field .

Previous experience as an MEP Draftsman is preferred.

Good knowledge of MEP systems and technical drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.

Good understanding of engineering drawings and construction documentation.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
