RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main missions: As a User Support / Proximity technician, your missions would include:
- Providing first-level technical support to users on workstations and IT equipment.
- Installing, configuring, and preparing laptops as well as professional phones for new employees.
- Ensuring the deployment of Windows 11 and participating in IT hardware renewal operations.
- Managing equipment returns and administering mobile terminals via Microsoft Intune.
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to workstations, telephony, user access, and passwords.
- Intervening on first-level infrastructure issues (printers, Wi-Fi access points, proxy, VPN, network patching on switches).
- Managing Microsoft Office 365 licenses and ensuring the proper functioning of the office environment.
- Recording and following up on interventions via ServiceNow, ensuring the quality of the information entered.
- Participating in IT asset management and guaranteeing equipment availability.
- Supporting users on a daily basis and ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining optimal service quality.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Intermediate English (written, oral, and comprehension)
- Excellent customer service sense
- Very good interpersonal skills and listening ability
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
