Network and Security Engineer M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What awaits you: Within a large group, you will join a Network/Security team and bring your technical expertise to critical infrastructures. Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise on Firewall, Switching, Routing, and Load Balancing infrastructures.
• Participate in build and run activities and provide support to teams during major incidents and crisis situations.
• Design, deploy, and evolve network and security solutions.
• Prepare and manage changes in CAB in compliance with operational processes.
• Industrialize operations via automation and script development.
• Write technical documentation (procedures, operating modes, DEX, PTI, intervention reports).
• Lead technical workshops, advise teams, and proactively propose architectural choices.
• Ensure technical exchanges with manufacturers and publishers.

English is required for this position. Technical environment: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, BGP, F5, Red Hat Linux, scripting.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Qualification: a degree from higher education in computer science is required (Master's degree minimum)
• Experience: you have solid experience in critical production environments as a Network Engineer and have a good level of English.
• Technical skills: knowledge of IS architecture and functionalities, knowledge of standards, procedures, and on-premise and cloud infrastructures.
• Soft skills: you are characterized by your team spirit, rigor, and autonomy. You are concerned with meeting user issues and therefore have a sense of customer service. Finally, you have accomplished listening skills and good writing skills.
