Your tasks:
- Independent processing of spare parts inquiries, quotations, and orders - from the inquiry to invoicing and follow-up
- Checking availability, delivery times, and technical requirements in coordination with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Shipping
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and deviations in the spare parts process
- Maintaining and updating customer, order, and article data in our systems
- Supporting evaluations, reporting, and the further development of our After-Sales processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as well as technical understanding and interest in technical products
- Several years of professional experience in order processing, customer service, spare parts business, or dispatching
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems as well as strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of working with international customers
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
- Proficient use of MS Office as well as high affinity for digital systems
