For our Headquarter in Weißkirchen, we are looking for 1 After Sales Specialist Spare Parts (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of spare parts inquiries, offers, and orders - from the inquiry to invoicing and follow-up

• Checking availability, delivery times, and technical requirements in coordination with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Shipping

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and deviations in the spare parts process

• Maintenance and updating of customer, order, and article data in our systems

• Support with evaluations, reportings, and the further development of our after-sales processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training as well as technical understanding and interest in technical products

• Several years of professional experience in order processing, customer service, spare parts business, or dispatching

• Experience with SAP and CRM systems as well as strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of working with international customers

• Very good English skills in speaking and writing

• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

• Confident handling of MS Office as well as high affinity for digital systems

The collective agreement monthly minimum gross salary for skilled workers is EUR 2,918.43 (KV-Metallgewerbe) - don't worry, depending on experience, appropriate overpayment is a matter of course for us.
