For our Headquarter in Weißkirchen, we are looking for 1 After Sales Service Specialist (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical support and consulting for our international customers and our branches via telephone, email, and remote support

• Processing and coordination of service inquiries, repair orders, and spare parts inquiries

• Support in the optimization of existing plants as well as in technical improvement and retrofit projects

• Participation in the further development of service processes, documentation, internal workflows, and digital service tools

Your profile:

• Completed technical training, e.g., HTL, technical college, apprenticeship with corresponding professional experience, or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, technical service, customer service, or mechatronics

• Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in working with international customers

• Very good English skills in speaking and writing

• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in plastics process engineering

• ERP and CRM knowledge
