Responsibilities and assignments

What are the activities?

  • Profile alignment with managers from different areas;
  • Job posting in internal and external channels;
  • Resume screening and candidate contact;
  • Conducting interviews and supporting selection panels;
  • Participation in selection processes of different levels (from apprentices to permanent positions);
  • Support in vendor management and HR area payments;
  • Contributing to the analysis of feedback and learning indicators;
  • Participating in the creation of materials and presentations for culture and engagement initiatives.

Requirements and qualifications

Who is this vacancy for?

  • Currently studying Administration, HR Management, or related fields;
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or technologist degree in the evening period. Cannot be a full-time student;
  • Availability to intern for at least 1.5 to 2 years;
  • Reside in São Paulo/SP and/or have easy access to work in Barra Funda/SP;
  • Advanced English (yes, you will use it!);
  • Intermediate Office Package, with a focus on Excel;
  • Open mind, energy, dynamism, willingness to learn, and good communication.

What will make you stand out?

  • Experience in HR consultancies or having participated in selection processes from the other side of the table;
  • Contact with indicators, matrices, and/or creation of materials for training;
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, or training and internal communication tools.
