Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Fluent English: Highly fluent in both oral and written English is a must-have.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and website development.
- WordPress Expertise: Strong WordPress development and performance optimisation skills.
- Advanced SEO: Proven expertise in keyword research, targeting, and ranking.
- AI-Driven Search Optimisation: Ability to optimise digital assets for AI-driven searches (search engines and AI assistants).
- Link Building & Backlinks: Strong backlink knowledge covering outreach, acquiring authority links, anchor strategy, and avoiding toxic links.
- Technical SEO: Mastery of site speed optimisation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexing.
- Comprehensive SEO: Deep execution capabilities across both on-page and off-page SEO.
- Tool Proficiency: Confident and experienced in using Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and industry tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Work Location & Mindset: Able to work full-time in Malang. Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with a strong startup ownership mentality.
