BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

ECO2 Builder Pte Ltd is looking for a hands-on BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator to support our construction projects and digital delivery initiatives.

The successful candidate will develop, maintain and coordinate BIM models and work closely with project, site, planning and commercial teams. Beyond modelling, the role will support the integration of BIM with construction sequencing, progress tracking, quantity take-off and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare coordinated models and shop drawings based on project and site requirements.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants to resolve BIM/model coordination issues.
• Maintain and manage project models and BIM information in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Update models to reflect approved design changes and actual construction requirements.
• Structure model elements according to WBS, trades, zones, levels and construction activities.
• Assist in linking BIM elements to the construction programme for 4D planning and progress monitoring.
• Support site progress tracking using BIM models, including identification of completed and outstanding works.
• Extract quantities and model information to support the QS and commercial teams.
• Assist in establishing model parameters for cost codes, quantities and 5D BIM/cost integration.
• Prepare federated models and Navisworks NWF/NWD files for coordination and project review.
• Support BIM-based presentations, construction sequencing and progress reporting.
• Maintain BIM standards, model naming conventions, model health and document control requirements.
• Liaise with external BIM consultants/service providers when required.
• Support the company's ongoing development of digital construction and BIM-to-cost workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant BIM modelling/coordination experience, preferably with Singapore main contractor or construction company.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Good working knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an advantage.
• Able to understand construction drawings, shop drawings and multidisciplinary models.
• Good understanding of actual construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Experience with Architectural, Structural and/or MEP coordination.
• Ability to extract quantities and information from BIM models.
• Basic knowledge of 4D scheduling, 5D BIM or cost integration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Power BI or BIM automation would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project and site teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
