Global Reward Analyst

About the company

My client is looking for a detail-oriented Global Reward Analyst to join a growing Reward team. Reporting to the Global Reward Specialist, you will support reward activities including benefits management, salary analysis, benchmarking and annual salary and bonus processes.

Your tasks

• Support annual benefits renewals and manage employee benefits

queries.

• Prepare monthly reports, salary analysis and reward-related

documentation.

• Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
• Liaise with external benefits providers to resolve queries.
• Manage shared inboxes, requisitions and invoices.
• Support audits, data requests and reward policy updates.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential employee

information appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience in Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation &

Benefits.

• Strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills, including

formulas and pivot tables.

• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with large

datasets.

• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management

skills.

• A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing

deadlines.

• Familiarity with HR, payroll or benefits systems would be

advantageous.
