- Attend meetings and site surveys; present AV solutions to clients and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors for project execution.
- Troubleshoot system and equipment faults, and provide appropriate AV solutions.
- Test cables and equipment before, during, and after installation, including rack assembly.
- Oversee the Onsite Testing & Commissioning of completed projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide technical support, user training, and prepare required documentation
- Supporting Preventative Maintenance, Setup and Operation of audio and video systems.
- Perform system service upgrade, troubleshoot incidents and Identify root cause.
- Design AV solutions and prepare proposals, BOQs, Schematic, and system drawings.
- Handle cable termination and related installation tasks.
- Ensure proper delivery and handover of completed projects, including signed UAT forms, T&C checklists, and proper documentation filing.
- Assist the Project Engineering team / Sales team when needed.
