Eclaire is a women’s fashion brand creating feminine, timeless, and effortless pieces with inclusive sizing. We are looking for a creative professional who can translate our products and brand identity into engaging visual content.
Your tasks
About the Role This position focuses primarily on short-form video production, from concept development and filming to final editing, with additional graphic design responsibilities. You will work closely with our Creative Lead and Graphic Designer to produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video.
This is a behind-the-camera production role. Appearing on camera is not a requirement. Your responsibilities will include filming products and directing models or talent during shoots.
- Develop content concepts and translate creative briefs into production-ready ideas and shot lists.
- Film product features, try-ons, styling videos, outfit combinations, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Prepare shooting setups, including basic lighting, backgrounds, framing, and composition.
- Direct models or talent to effectively showcase garment fit, fabric, movement, and design details.
- Edit short-form videos with compelling hooks, clear storytelling, appropriate pacing, subtitles, music, and sound.
- Adapt content to suit the formats and audience expectations of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shopee Video.
- Create supporting graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent visual standards in line with Eclaire’s brand direction.
- Manage production deadlines and organize footage, working files, and final assets.
Requirements
Candidates with a graphic design background and strong video production skills are encouraged to apply.
- A relevant portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, and graphic design skills.
- Ability to independently film and edit short-form video content using a smartphone or camera.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and short-form content structure.
- A strong interest in women’s fashion and an eye for styling and product presentation.
- Ability to execute creative briefs, contribute ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Metland Puri, Cipondoh, Tangerang.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce content production is an advantage.
Professional work, freelance projects, and independently produced content are welcome.
