Your tasks

The Brand Executive is responsible for ecinos’s overall brand direction, with a strong focus on campaign ideation and direction. This person shapes the big ideas behind campaigns and makes sure they stay consistent with Ecinos’s identity, vibe, and fashion positioning. The Brand Executive owns the concept and the direction, and is accountable for the result.

  • Brand direction and positioning: Keep ecinos’s fashion positioning consistent across messaging, tone of voice, and content direction on every channel.
  • Campaign ideation: Develop campaign concepts, big ideas, and creative territories that fit business goals, target audience, and seasonal or product priorities.
  • Campaign direction: Guide the Content Strategist on how each campaign should be executed, including the story, key messages, and the feel of the output.
  • Content and message review: Review campaign content for strategic fit, messaging accuracy, and brand consistency before it goes live.
  • Trend and market awareness: Track trends in fashion and social media and translate them into ideas that fit ecinos.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Align with e-commerce & retail teams so campaign timing and messaging match product launches and promotions.
  • Performance and insights: Review campaign and content performance and recommend improvements based on data.

Requirements

Required:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or equivalent position.
  • Background in the fashion or beauty industry, with hands-on experience in at least one of them. Fashion experience is strongly preferred given ecinos’s positioning.
  • Full understanding of brand building: positioning, identity, tone of voice, and long-term brand equity.
  • Proven ability to develop campaign ideas and concepts that translate into strong execution.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to evaluate concepts, copy, and campaign direction.
