Your tasks

The Art Director is responsible for the visual quality of everything Ecinos publishes. This person reviews and judges the work of the content team, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor, and supervises production days and shoots to make sure every output is ready to be shown to the public.

  • Visual review and approval. Judge all visual output from the content creators, Content Strategist, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor. Approve work that is ready and give clear revision notes for work that is not.
  • Brand aesthetic guardianship. Define and maintain Ecinos’s visual language, including color, composition, mood, and photo and video grading, so every output looks like it belongs to the same brand.
  • Production supervision. Supervise visual quality on production days and shoots, including styling, lighting, framing, and talent direction, so the material captured is usable.
  • Editing standards. Set and check editing standards for photo retouching, color grading, and video editing, and step in on final edits when quality requires it.
  • Styling judgment. Assess whether styling and product presentation are strong, and give feedback where they fall short.
  • Feedback and standards. Give feedback that is specific, actionable, and consistent across the team, so quality improves over time.
  • Collaboration with the Brand Executive. Work with the Brand Executive on campaign direction, so the visual execution matches the concept.
