Industrial Property Lawyer

Candidate Profile We are looking for you! We want you to join #ECIJATeam as an Industrial and Intellectual Property lawyer in our Madrid office. We are looking for a profile with solid IP experience to work in a top-tier international environment and provide strategic and operational advice.

Main Functions Conducting trademark research (prior art searches, feasibility and risk analysis). Advising on IP asset protection strategy (trademarks, designs, copyright, domain names). Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related contracts (licenses, assignments, sponsorship agreements, co-branding, etc.). Supporting the global management of trademark portfolios and other rights. Coordination with agents and law firms in different jurisdictions. Monitoring administrative proceedings (applications, oppositions, renewals). Participation in cross-functional projects, including product launches or branding initiatives. Advising on enforcement and protection of rights, including strategies against infringements. Proactive identification of IP risks and opportunities at an international level.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law. Specialization in Industrial and Intellectual Property. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP matters. Very high level of English (C2). Autonomous, proactive profile with the ability to work in demanding and multidisciplinary environments. High capacity for communication with international clients.
