AI-Native Data Operations

Must-have:PythonDataAI
Nice-to-have:FinTech

About the Role

We're looking for an AI-native data & operations analyst to work directly with the founder as a hands-on execution partner. Instead of building traditional BI dashboards, you'll use Claude-based AI "skills" — natural-language workflows that query production data, logs, and metrics — to turn raw business questions into operational and risk-control recommendations, and to help drive the founder's AI initiatives end to end.

This is not a coding role and not a traditional analyst role sitting behind static reports — it's a seat next to how the business is actually run.

What You'll Do

  • Data-driven operations analysis — Use AI-assisted workflows to pull and interpret production data (databases, logs, metrics dashboards), translating results into concrete operational recommendations (growth, retention, funnel, efficiency)
  • Risk control optimization — Analyze risk rule performance (false positive/negative patterns, loss/fraud data) and propose specific rule or threshold changes with supporting evidence
  • AI initiative execution — Act as the founder's direct AI execution partner: prototype new AI-skill workflows, evaluate new AI tools/models, and help push AI-native ways of working across the team
  • Decision-ready reporting — Turn analysis into short, clear written recommendations a founder can act on immediately, not just charts

What We're Looking For

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR (no visa sponsorship)
  • Solid SQL and data-analysis fundamentals; comfortable working directly with production data
  • Real hands-on experience using LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude) for more than chat — e.g., structured analysis, agents, workflow automation; prompt-engineering ability is a strong plus
  • High ownership and structured thinking — able to take a one-line ask and turn it into a complete, well-reasoned analysis with minimal hand-holding
  • Interest in fintech/trading/crypto business models; some understanding of risk-control concepts (fraud, credit risk, rule-based controls) is a plus
  • Excellent written English — must be able to write crisp, decision-ready recommendations

Nice to Have

  • Python/pandas or similar for ad hoc data work
  • Prior internship in quant, risk, growth, or data/business analytics
  • Experience building with Claude Code, custom GPTs, or AI agent/automation tooling

What You'll Get

  • Direct, daily working relationship with the founder — a rare view into how decisions actually get made
  • High autonomy and fast decision cycles; your analysis directly drives real calls, not filed-away reports
  • Ground-floor role in defining how a fast-moving company adopts AI-native operations
