Reporting to the IT Manager France, within the IT Department, you will join a team of two Support technicians. You will work in close collaboration with our systems and networks engineers and administrators as well as our (lead) developers.

Responsibilities and missions

User request processing:

  • Reception and analysis of user requests (tickets, calls)
  • Qualification, categorization, and prioritization of associated tickets in Jira
  • Resolution of level 1 incidents and service requests
  • Escalation of higher-level tickets to systems & networks, cybersecurity, or application teams.

User lifecycle management:

  • Management of IT onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Creation and management of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) accounts.

ERP Administration:

  • Creation and deactivation of ERP users
  • Assignment of roles and authorizations in connection with management
  • Control of application operation procedures.

IT asset management:

  • Preparation and deployment of Windows and Android equipment
  • Management of IT consumables.

Operations and supervision:

  • Supervision of daily printing
  • Monitoring of supervision tools and handling of first-level alerts
  • Qualification and escalation of anomalies to the relevant technical or application teams
  • Participation in maintaining the availability of IT services
  • Launching and supervising month-end or annual procedures.

With a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in IT, you have an appetite for new technologies. You have a sense of organization, good user contact, and an aptitude for teamwork. Your English level is intermediate (B1). Experience in user assistance and administration in SAP environments (S/4 HANA, Sales Cloud) is a plus.
