Accounting & Financial Data Analyst

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 2–3 years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, audit, or financial data analysis.
• Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and account reconciliation.
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and experience in handling and analyzing large financial datasets.
• Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to independently investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and provide well-supported analysis.
• Software/ERP Experience: Experience with accounting software/ERP and financial data validation. Exposure to ERP implementation or data migration is preferred.
• Documentation & Audit: Ability to maintain structured reconciliation schedules, supporting documentation, and clear audit trails.
• Personal Attributes: Organized, disciplined, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• WFO = 8 - 17
