  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Review contractor quotations, variations, and change requests and verify quantities and pricing.
  • Prepare independent estimates for new or modified scopes before commercial approval.
  • Support evaluation of design alternatives and value engineering proposals.
  • Maintain updated cost databases, benchmark rates, and historical project data.
  • Identify scope gaps, omissions, duplicated quantities, and potential cost exposure.
  • Support tender evaluations and commercial comparisons when required.
  • Coordinate with Design, Construction, Commercial, and Project Controls teams.
  • Provide clear cost breakdowns and supporting documentation for management decisions.
  • BSc in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of relevant estimating experience.
  • Proven experience on large-scale industrial or complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQs, construction rates, and cost build-up.
  • Good understanding of Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP interfaces.
  • Experience reviewing contractor variations and change orders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating/take-off software.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Pharmaceutical or GMP facility experience is highly preferred.
