  • Lead implementation and monitoring of the Construction Quality Management Plan.
  • Review and approve contractor Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material submittals, and quality procedures.
  • Monitor Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP construction quality.
  • Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
  • Manage site inspections, surveillance, witness points, and hold points.
  • Review inspection requests and coordinate with discipline engineers and inspectors.
  • Identify quality deficiencies and issue/monitor NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
  • Perform root cause review for repeated or significant quality failures.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor quality performance and identify recurring trends.
  • Lead quality meetings and provide regular quality KPI and NCR status reports.
  • Manage snagging, punch-list closure, and quality readiness for handover.
  • Ensure proper compilation and review of quality records, test certificates, as-built documentation, and handover dossiers.
  • Coordinate construction quality requirements with Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation teams where applicable.
  • Escalate significant quality risks and recommend corrective or preventive actions to the Project Management team.
  • BSc in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10-15 years of construction QA/QC experience, including significant experience in a management or lead role.
  • Proven experience on large-scale industrial or complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, Method Statements, NCR management, inspections, testing, and handover documentation.
  • Strong multidisciplinary understanding of Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.
  • Experience managing contractor and subcontractor quality performance.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and relevant international construction standards.
  • Strong reporting, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or GMP facility construction experience is highly preferred.
