ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field

At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting, preferably with supervisory experience

With hands-on experience in taxation, including BIR tax compliance, preparation and filling of tax returns and monitoring of tax deadlines

Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, general ledgers, journal entries, and financial reports.

Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank recon and month end and year end closing

Knowledgeable in VAT, withholding taxes, and other applicable business taxes

Experienced in payroll accounting, expense monitoring, budgeting and financial record management.

familiar with accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in construction industry is an advantage, particularly in project costing, monitoring project expenses and budget control

Capable of supervising accounting staff, reviewing their work, and ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reports

Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines
