Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering in publish university. Minimum 5-10 years experiences in line balancing based on IE. technique knowledge. Good interpersonal, analytical and planning skills. Effective communication, good in both written and oral communications. Process strong computer skills (Engineering calculation, Auto Cad, Microsoft office) Good problem solving skill. Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office , Internet e-mail, SAP) Excellent communication in English both spoken and written
