Extend Back-Up Trainer ( Internal Only)

Open to current Extend employees ONLY! (all others will be rejected)

Location: In Office(Sanford, FL.) Eligibility: Current Extend Agents Only Pay: Current hourly rate + additional bonus when assisting with training (amount TBD)

Position Overview

We are seeking current Extend Agents interested in developing their training, coaching, and leadership skills to join our Backup Trainer rotation.

This is an alternating Trainer position based on business and training needs. When assigned to a training class, you will assist with facilitating and supporting training. When not actively training, you will return to your regular agent responsibilities on the phones.

Previous Trainer experience is not required. Experience as an SME, mentor, peer coach, QA, nesting support, team lead,  or similar role is a plus.
