Scrum Master M/F

Eccotechnologies supports its key account clients in the evolution of their business products and applications, by mobilizing Agile and technical expertise adapted to their challenges. In this context, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to work with one of our partners, a world leader in the travel and tourism sector. You will join an international Product Team organized into 3 Feature Teams, evolving according to Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies, in a multicultural and multi-site environment.

Missions

• Facilitate the main Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Ensure the quality and maturity of User Stories before their development.
• Identify blockers, facilitate their resolution, and support the teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business teams, and various stakeholders.
• Track sprint commitments and deliveries.
• Guarantee the application of Scrum and SAFe practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing and the updating of documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the teams and their functioning.

Skills sought

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Solid mastery of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe is appreciated.
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of application development projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus, with the possibility of upskilling.
• English C1 indispensable
