IT, CRM and IS Project Manager (M/F)

World Vision France is an international solidarity NGO, committed to the most vulnerable children. Inspired by Christian values, it operates all over the world to alleviate their suffering and allow them to grow up in an environment full of hope.

A member of the international World Vision network, present in nearly 100 countries, the association intervenes in both humanitarian emergency situations and long-term development programs, notably through child sponsorship.

Position

Reporting to the Marketing Director, in direct interaction with the international IT team and service providers in France, within a demanding English-speaking environment, you will contribute to the digital transformation of the association, with the integration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as the centerpiece.

Your main activities:

Finalization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration

• Lead the finalization of flows between the website, the Business Central ERP, and the MS Dynamics CRM
• Write, qualify, and validate functional specifications, acceptance test plans, and test plans

• Configure and maintain automation workflows via Power Automate
• Supervise API flows (JSON) between systems and guarantee their reliability

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of developments with service providers in France and the international IT team

Daily technical contribution

• Analyze anomalies, identify their causes, and propose fixes
• Document processes, configurations, and system evolutions

• Participate in functional testing and acceptance, identify and qualify bugs

Continuous optimization of systems

• Identify and prioritize evolutions to improve the donor experience and streamline internal operations
• Support business teams in taking up the tools

• Ensure the consistency and scalability of the global technical ecosystem

Upcoming projects

• Contribute to the deployment of a donor mobile application or an online sponsor space

Profile sought With a Bac+4/5 degree in IS, IT project management, or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of experience in IT project management, with active participation in a CRM project.

Confirmed experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required; knowledge of Business Central is a valued asset.

You understand integration flows between systems and know how to communicate with developers. Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented, you are capable of moving forward without systematic framework, in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Fluent English is imperative: regular exchanges, both written and oral, with international technical teams.
