Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technological solutions that improve operational and administrative efficiency.
• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance to internal systems (proprietary or acquired).
• Automate key processes for operational and administrative areas.
• Document all processes, developments, configurations, and implemented changes.
• Participate in the design, planning, execution, and monitoring of new technological projects.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the company's data and systems.
• Monitor the correct functioning of digital platforms and attend to incidents.
• Apply best practices in information security and access control.
• Coordinate with external providers in case of services, developments, or specialized maintenance.
• Manage the technological tools used by personnel (software, licenses, access, etc.).
• Attend to internal technological requirements (software support, access requests, configurations).
• Train internal users on the correct use of technological tools.
• Manage the follow-up, application, and utilization of cargo wise and Ecsystem.
• Project management and its deliverables for the utilization of systems according to modules and areas.
• Propose improvements in the digital environment of employees to facilitate their productivity.
• Evaluate and propose the use of AI tools or models that improve operational, administrative, or internal service processes.
• Develop or integrate solutions with automation, prediction, or data analysis capabilities using AI or machine learning technologies.
• Ensure the ethical, responsible, and secure use of AI in all implemented developments. (Cybersecurity)
• Stay updated on advances in AI applicable to the company's logistical and technological environment.
