As an addition to our Controlling department in Leonding, we are looking for a motivated Team Lead Group Controlling. In this responsible leadership position, you will be responsible for the group-wide management and analysis of financial KPIs, creating sound decision-making bases, and thus making a significant contribution to the strategic direction and sustainable success of the company.

TASKS

• Responsibility for group-wide reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements) as well as the further development of relevant KPIs
• Preparation of budget, forecast, and medium-term planning, including variance and trend analyses
• Analysis of performance, profitability, and cash flow, as well as deriving management impulses
• Strategic sparring partner for VP Finance & Controlling as well as the management regarding financial and strategic questions
• Business Partner for specialist departments and management during decision-making processes
• Participation in the further development of controlling processes, tools, and standards at the group level

PROFILE

• Completed studies (BWL, Finance, Controlling, or similar) as well as several years of experience in controlling, including initial leadership experience
• Experience in an international or group-wide environment, ideally in industry or plant engineering
• Sound expertise in Group Controlling, Management Reporting, KPI systems, as well as in planning and forecasting
• Strong understanding of financial management variables (balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, as well as margin and cash management)
• High affinity for systems and data when working with BI, ERP, and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tagetik)
• Strategically thinking, implementation-strong personality with clear communication with top management levels and a strong business partner mentality
• Very good English skills

The collective agreement (Information and Consulting) minimum basic salary gross on the basis of full-time employment is 66,633.14 Euro per year.
