Job description: processing, resolving, and overseeing internal/external complaints; performing customer complaint analyses; preparing documentation for analyses; performing analyses of internal errors and their evaluation.

Requirements: min. secondary technical education; knowledge of German or English language; flexibility, communication, and presentation skills.
