Your tasks

Reporting to the regional Services Manager, the mobile Services Technician (M/F) is responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of installations at customer sites for the Fire, Emergency Lighting, and Intrusion ranges.

***Commissioning of installations: traveling to the customer site to ensure the startup of the installation, system programming, functional testing, and user training.* Curative maintenance and technical assistance: intervening to restore functionality to an installation experiencing malfunctions.* Preventive maintenance under maintenance contracts: intervening at the site of customers who have subscribed to a maintenance contract, to verify and validate the proper functioning of the installation. Providing advice to the user and ensuring operational training with a focus on service quality.* Product sales: As part of their activity, the technician must ensure the development and updating of their contract portfolio by performing commercial follow-up on contract offers and product sales.

Requirements

***BTS or DUT (electronics specialization desired) Experience in the installation of low voltage electronic equipment.

***Experience in a mobile position;

• Compliance with safety instructions.
