About the position

You will lead the validation of Eaton energy solutions (storage, recharging, energy optimization) at the system level.

You will intervene across the entire validation cycle, from strategy definition to the production of evidence, in close connection with the R&D, product, and support teams.

The Montbonnot laboratory is at the heart of your activity, used for validation, customer demonstration, and incident reproduction.

Your missions***Define the validation strategy, KPIs, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead system validation campaigns (functional and performance tests). Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and results.
• Coordinate activities with the R&D, Product, and Global Validation teams.
• Reproduce customer incidents and validate fixes with the Support team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation methods and tools.
• Manage the validation laboratory (tests, demonstrations, and incident reproduction).

Profile sought***Engineering degree in systems, software, electrical, or an equivalent field.

• Experience in validation of complex systems or software.
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum). Skills in test strategy and validation campaign management.
• Professional English.

Appreciated assets***Automation and scripting (Python). Knowledge of energy systems, EMS, electrical grids, or energy management solutions.
