Your missions:

As part of a replacement, SOURIAU Sarthe is looking for a GALVANOPLASTIE PRODUCTION QUALITY MANAGER M/F.

Within the Galvanoplastie production unit (90 people), reporting to the Galvanoplastie Unit Manager, you will take charge of managing the workshop's Quality policy. In this context, your main missions will be the following: Supervise the proper application of the Quality Management System within the unit

• Drive and lead medium and long-term actions to improve Quality performance
• Participate in various audits (internal, customer, or certification bodies such as ISO9001/EN9100)
• Implement the quality improvement process through Eaton quality tools (QLI)
• Represent the unit in the site's cross-functional quality bodies.

Profile sought:

With an engineering background (generalist, chemist, or quality), you have solid experience of at least 10 years in production quality within a high-technology industrial environment. You are particularly familiar with standard quality tools (8D, AMDEC, problem solving, statistical tools) and your level of English allows you to lead meetings and visits in English with full autonomy.
