At the Schrems production site, we are currently expanding our capacities in the area of highly automated production as well as low-voltage systems, which are being implemented in a new modern manufacturing hall.

For our plant in Schrems, we are looking for 1 Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Ensuring product and process quality through the establishment, maintenance, and further development of internal quality processes, documentation, and management systems
• Representing customer interests within the organization as well as managing external complaint management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions (e.g., 8D, A3)
• Authorized intervention in all production areas in the event of quality deviations, including decision-making authority to interrupt production and evaluate the usability of parts
• Quality-side support for new product introductions and changes using Change Management, APQP, Pro-Launch, and EQMS specifications
• Carrying out incoming goods inspections, process and product audits, and process-related tests
• Continuous improvement of quality performance through the use of methods such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma, and DoE, as well as the further development and monitoring of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 22301)

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL/technical college) in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable specialty
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of manufacturing technologies, production processes, as well as customer and market requirements
• Basic knowledge of other management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) as well as knowledge in Six Sigma is an advantage
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, German skills are an advantage
• Structured, process-oriented, and resilient personality with high initiative

We offer performance-oriented and attractive compensation according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry. If all requirements are met, a gross annual salary of €65,000 is intended for this position.

Overpayment is provided depending on qualification and experience. Automatic advancements and a corresponding increase in wages after 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 years are regulated in the collective agreement.
