About the company

Who you'll work with, and how We're an international team headquarters in Madrid, working with clients across Spain, Europe and LATAM. You'll work day to day with our innovation consultants, who will review your work, tell you honestly what to improve and give you more responsibility as you show you're ready. We won't pretend it's always glamorous. There's a lot of research and careful detail behind every good recommendation, and that's exactly the part you'll learn to do well.

Your tasks

You'll spend your internship on projects that clients are really paying for, not on side tasks nobody will read. You'll meet the startups, investors and corporate teams that are changing how we produce and eat food. And if it goes well, there's a path to stay with us as a Junior Innovation Consultant.

Large food companies come to Eatable Adventures when they need outside help to innovate: finding the right startups for a challenge, understanding a new market or technology, or designing an open innovation program. You'll join the Innovation team on those projects, researching markets and trends, helping assess startups, and preparing the analysis and presentations that end up in front of clients. You'll be in the meetings, and your work will be part of what we deliver. Much of the routine admin a junior usually handles is already automated here, so you'll spend your time thinking rather than filling in spreadsheets, working with AI tools every day.
