With us, you will accompany the recruiting process from A to Z and work closely with our managers. In doing so, you will contribute your ideas, rethink recruiting, and ensure a positive Candidate Experience.

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from needs analysis and job advertisement to successful placement
• Close cooperation with Hiring Managers to define requirement profiles and selection criteria
• Development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies for filling specialist and management positions
• Active searching and approaching potential candidates via various recruiting channels (Social Media, networks, job boards, personnel service providers)
• Conducting assessment processes to identify the best talents
• Analysis and reporting of recruiting metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, etc.) as well as continuous optimization of processes

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Completed studies or training in the field of personnel management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
• Sound knowledge in the direct approach of candidates
• Experience with recruiting tools, applicant management systems, and Social Media Recruiting
• Confident appearance as well as open and appreciative communication
• Structured, organized way of working as well as strong consulting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
• Team spirit, initiative, and the desire to make a difference together
