IT After-Sales Technician - Hotliner M/F

Within our after-sales service, we are looking for an IT After-Sales Technician to ensure the maintenance and repair of our customers' IT and industrial equipment.

Your main missions will consist of receiving hardware returns, performing precise diagnostics to identify malfunctions, and carrying out the necessary repairs.

You will also be in charge of managing spare parts stock, preparing equipment before shipping, as well as performing validation tests to guarantee equipment compliance.

You will be required to open, follow (resolve), and close incident tickets.

This position involves autonomy in problem-solving while demonstrating team spirit to collaborate effectively with other departments.

You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and in customer satisfaction by ensuring a reactive and high-quality service.

We are looking for a candidate holding a Bac level diploma, ideally supplemented by training in IT or electronics.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles is indispensable to master the diagnostic and repair techniques for IT and industrial equipment and incident resolutions.

Proficiency in English is imperative.

Rigor, autonomy, and good organization are essential qualities to effectively manage return flows and priorities.
