Description

As an event setup and dismantling employee, you ensure that every event is perfect down to the last detail. You are involved in the entire process: from the initial preparations to the completion of an event. As a setup and dismantling employee, you work both day and night shifts. During the day, you work with the facility team on setting up the exhibition floor. You place stands, set up halls, and ensure everything is ready for use. During the night hours, you continue working on the finishing touches. Together with the team - which you lead together with your direct colleague - you ensure that the location is clean, tidy, and fully ready for the next exhibition day.

Other duties you are responsible for are maintenance and repair work. Thanks to your efforts, visitors and exhibitors experience a professional and well-organized event!

What we ask of you

• MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience in a logistical or operational role
• You work in a structured manner and know how to switch effectively between different tasks
• Perseverance, motivation, and a sense of responsibility are second nature to you
• You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and a team player
• Good command of the English language (Polish is a plus)
• Flexible availability
