At easyAcademy Learning Centre , we’re looking for passionate graduates who enjoy working with students and want to develop into confident educators and future academic leaders.
Our Graduate Tutor Programme is designed for fresh graduates and early-career educators who want more than just a tutoring role. You’ll receive hands-on teaching experience, structured development and a clear progression pathway over your first three years.
What You’ll Do
- Teach and manage assigned classes
- Plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons
- Track students’ progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback and academic support to students
- Communicate student progress where required
- Support the development of worksheets, lesson materials and curriculum resources
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the learning experience at the centre
Graduate Tutor Programme
Year 1 — Teaching Associate Develop strong classroom fundamentals, teaching confidence and experience in lesson delivery, student management and academic support.
Year 2 — Senior Teaching Associate Progression upon satisfactory performance and completion of development milestones.
Year 3 — Subject / Level Head Progression upon satisfactory performance and readiness to take on greater academic and leadership responsibilities.
Beyond Year 3 Opportunities for further progression to: Centre Manager → Academic Lead

Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong command of the subject(s) you wish to teach
- Comfortable working with children and/or teenagers
- Responsible, patient and able to communicate well
- Open to feedback and willing to continuously improve
- Someone who takes ownership of their students and genuinely wants to see them progress
