MAINTENANCE LABORER

The Maintenance is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment by performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair requests.

Qualifications/Requirements: Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns. Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Replace damaged fixtures, parts, and equipment. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Keep accurate maintenance and repair records. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas.
