NPI engineer

1. Familiar with manufacturing processes and engineering
2. Familiar with the use of measuring tools and quality standards
3. Review specifications against customer requirements for new products and perform complete feasibility assessments
4. Design processes according to customer requirements and be able to produce samples by oneself
5. Create BOM in the system and maintain it normally
6. Set production process standards, production cycle times, and assess risks according to product types
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
8. Perform duties in accordance with the operating procedures of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 systems

Qualifications: No gender limit 23 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering Engineer experience English: Intermediate Reading/Writing Able to use basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) Has responsibility Able to solve various problems appropriately Has clear thinking, is meticulous, and works in an orderly manner
