Project Manager - Salesforce

Description

As a Project Manager for Salesforce projects, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of this fast-growing solution for our clients. You ensure that projects are led from A to Z, monitor the planning, budget, and scope, and coordinate both the client and the team towards a successful end result.

You work on multiple projects simultaneously, for clients in various sectors. Today you work for an international player in pharma, tomorrow for an innovative scale-up in retail. Variation and dynamics are assets that you will find in your work every day.

Responsibilities

Upon starting, you will receive advanced onboarding from our Salesforce experts. After that, you will get to work yourself and will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and leading Salesforce implementations for our clients
• Creating and monitoring project plans, deadlines, and budgets
• Managing consultants and technical teams
• Acting as the central point of contact for the client and managing expectations
• Detecting risks and proactively adjusting where necessary
• Organizing and facilitating workshops and status meetings
• Following up on deliverables and ensuring qualitative delivery
• Supporting change management at the client
• Reporting to stakeholders on the progress of projects

Profile

Must-haves

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in IT, management, or business
• Ideally, you have 2 to 5 years of experience within Salesforce:

• either as a Salesforce consultant with a clear ambition to grow into a project manager role
• or as a project manager within Salesforce or a similar CRM environment

• You possess strong and demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software systems, for example through practical experience and/or relevant certifications
• You work in a structured and result-oriented manner, and keep a cool head in projects with multiple stakeholders
• You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills: you switch easily between both business and IT
• You feel at home in a dynamic environment with multiple projects at once and know how to prioritize well
• Willing to work from our offices in Leuven and Antwerpen in combination with working from home
• Possess a driving license B
• Good knowledge of English (project and client communication)

• You possess analytical skills and can clearly structure complex questions
• You have a commercial flair and recognize opportunities with clients, which you know how to feed back within the team
• Experience with stakeholder management at different levels (key users, management, IT).
• You have a coaching mindset and enjoy guiding consultants or junior team members.
