Project Manager Finance ERP

Description

As a Project Manager for Adfinity projects, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of this fast-growing solution at our clients. You ensure that projects are led from A to Z, monitor the planning, budget, and scope, and coordinate both the client and the team towards a successful end result.

You work on multiple projects simultaneously, for clients in various sectors. Today you work for a client in the real estate world, tomorrow for your favorite football team. Variation and dynamics are assets that you find in your work every day.

Package of Tasks

Upon your start, you will receive advanced onboarding from our Adfinity experts. After that, you will get to work yourself and will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and leading Adfinity implementations at our clients
• Drafting and monitoring project plans, deadlines, and budgets
• Managing a consultancy team
• Acting as the central point of contact for the client and managing expectations
• Detecting risks and proactively adjusting where necessary
• Organizing and facilitating steering committee meetings
• Following up on deliverables and ensuring qualitative delivery
• Supporting change management at the client
• Reporting to stakeholders on the progress of projects

Profile

Must have:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or IT
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience as a project manager within an ERP consultancy role
• You work in a structured and result-oriented manner, and keep a cool head in projects with multiple stakeholders
• You are client-oriented and have strong communication skills: you switch smoothly between both business and IT
• You feel at home in a dynamic environment with multiple projects at once and know how to prioritize well
• You have a commercial flair and recognize opportunities at clients, which you know how to report back within the team
• Possessing a driving license B
• Good knowledge of English (project and client communication)

Nice to have:

• You possess analytical skills and can clearly structure complex questions
• Experience with stakeholder management at different levels (key users, management, IT).
• You have a coaching mindset and enjoy guiding consultants or junior team members.
