Description

As a Business Consultant for the Salesforce solution, it is your task to implement this fast-growing solution for our customers by configuring it so that it perfectly aligns with the customer's needs. You do not manage a single customer in the long term, but a large number of customers and projects simultaneously.

No two customers are alike, and we have more than 1000 in completely different sectors. This means you could be working in the pharmaceutical sector one day and in construction the next.

Package of tasks

Upon starting, you will receive thorough, tailor-made training from our leading experts in this field. You will learn more about the Salesforce solution, and after that, you will:

• Help implement Salesforce for our customers
• Parameterize the tool so that it is perfectly adapted to the customer's needs
• Analyze and evaluate the customer's questions and needs for specific requests
• Independently manage your own planning
• Maintain a strong relationship with our customers through your professional advice
• Provide standard training to customers on the use of the solution
• Ensure weekly follow-up of projects under the supervision of a Project Manager

Profile

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in management or IT
• Driver's license B
• Experience or Salesforce certification in the "Administrator" module
• Ability to think outside the box and take initiative
• Experience with implementing Salesforce (not just as a user)
• Customer-oriented & enjoying customer contact
• Willing to visit customers 2 to 3 days per week
• Being a Swiss Army knife and appreciating multi-project management
• Team player mentality
• Ability to participate in sales meetings
• Ideally at least 2 years of experience within Salesforce
• Good knowledge of English
