Your tasks
- Develop and implement firmware for embedded systems that meet industrial and automotive requirements
- Design and develop software architectures in close collaboration with other engineering teams
- Take technical ownership of development projects, ensuring targets for timelines, costs, and quality are met
- Organize and conduct reviews and approve new software releases
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and development support to software team members
- Actively contribute new methods and drive continuous process improvements
- Work closely with the Head of Software
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
- Experience developing safety-critical software in industrial and/or automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- An independent, structured, and accountable way of working
