Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a growing digital technology team, where you will shape the user experience and design direction across complex digital products and platforms. This is a hands-on design role, combining UX/UI strategy and product design. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to turn complex workflows, data and business requirements into intuitive, scalable digital experiences. What You’ll Be Doing Lead UX/UI design across multiple digital products and platforms, setting design direction and ensuring intuitive, user-centric and consistent experiences. Drive the end-to-end product design process, covering user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and final UI design. Own and evolve the design system, developing reusable components, design standards and guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency across products. Lead and develop the UX/UI design team by managing priorities and workload, mentoring team members, providing feedback and supporting their professional growth. Partner closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements, workflows and data into practical, high-quality digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, Interaction Design or a related discipline. Strong hands-on UX/UI and product design capabilities, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design. Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise or data-driven platforms, with the ability to simplify sophisticated workflows and user journeys. Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems, including reusable components, prototyping and maintaining design consistency. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence Product, Engineering and senior business stakeholders while working effectively in an Agile environment.
