Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive bid documents, including technical proposals, commercial offers.
Tender Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of tender documents, identifying key requirements, and developing effective bid strategies.
Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Technical Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and requirements outlined in tender documents.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate favorable commercial terms and conditions with clients.
Bid Submission: Prepare and submit bids on time, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
Bid Defense: Participate in bid defense meetings, presenting our company's capabilities and addressing client queries effectively.
Contract Review: Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve bid preparation processes and enhance win rates.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Tendering Experience: At least 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally within an engineering or construction environment.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Proven ability to develop and execute winning bid strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of contract law and terms and conditions.
Experience using bid management software is a plus.
