RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily manpower and deployment planning and forecast for all sites
• Manage pool of relief guards and deploys them to deployment sites
• Recruit and interview candidates for deployment placements and conversion to full-time
• Compliance with security policies, SOPs, and regulations at sites
• End-to-end recruitment process to ensure job openings are filled in a timely manner
• Orientation for all new joiners
• Assist in administrative matters e.g. raising of purchase requisition, liaising with vendors for quotations
