Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Northampton Town Centre Salary - Negotiable

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a busy and supportive residential conveyancing team in the New Homes division? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support across a varied caseload of residential property transactions within New Homes. . The Role To take initial instructions from clients and open files through the Office Management System. To deal with client cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision. Liaise with clients both in office meetings and in telephone discussions. Receiving and issuing correspondence/mail from/to the client, agents instructed on behalf of the client and third parties. Time recording all work undertaken. Reporting to and receiving and acting upon instruction from the head of department. Adherence to Quality and Work Management Systems. To achieve key performance indicator targets, development targets and evaluate marketing of the team. Attend training courses as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience within a busy Residential Conveyancing department/New Homes division. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Flexibility in support of other members of staff. Familiarity with the Lexcel accreditation including completion of file reviews, CAR's and to follow procedures for case/file management. What's on Offer?
