Purchasing Executive (Inventory & Supply Chain | Tuas – Company Transport Provided)

Basic Salary: $3,600–$4,200 per month + Bonuses

5-Day Work Week: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.15pm

Working Location: Tuas Crescent ( Company Transport: Marsiling & Jurong East MRT Stations )

Job Responsibilities: Plan and purchase materials and parts to meet sales requirements while maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders, maintain purchasing records and price lists, and follow up with suppliers.

Monitor local and overseas deliveries, resolve delays, and coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarders.

Consolidate shipments where possible to reduce shipping costs and prepare import documents and checklists for warehouse receiving.

Work with suppliers to resolve damaged goods, shortages and items that do not meet specifications.

Coordinate the delivery, assembly or distribution of parts and supplies to support production schedules and customer requirements.

Create and maintain item master records in SAP and generate reports for purchasing and inventory analysis.

Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely supplier payments.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Proficiency in ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel .
